Due to the nature and age of each piece, imperfections and wear are to be expected. House of Hennessy believes that these signs of age and use are beautiful and add to the character of each object. We photograph and describe each piece to the best of our availability.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States.
Most of our items are shipped by UPS or USPS. All orders will generally be fulfilled within 2-3 business days. For rush orders and special projects reach out to us at hello@house-of-hennessy.com.
We keep shipping simple with flat rates:

Small items (jewelry, accessories): $7

Medium items (books, small decor, ceramics): $12

Large items (artwork, lamps, larger decor): $25
Items are shipped at the buyer's risk, we are not responsible for damaged or missing packages. Please contact us prior to shipping if you would like your item insured and we can gladly do so. Additional costs will be covered by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, please reach out to hello@house-of-hennessy.com, and we will gladly email you to coordinate.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of items sold, minor wear consistent with age and use is to be expected. Please read descriptions and refer to photos thoroughly prior to purchase and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding an item's condition.
